It actually occurs in many other breeds similar to the siamese, such as the Burmese, Snowshoe, javanese, balinese, colorpoint exotics, himalayan(Colorpoint persian), colorpoint shorthairs(1st cousins to the siamese), and others.

Yes, those mentioned - plus - we have a Ragdoll cat - it's a mix, but has the coloring of a Siamese. Plus the fluffy bunny fur, and the insane, laid-back nature...

That coat color and pattern can occur in litters of non-Siamese (totally non-purebred) litters. We see it all the time at the shelter.
