Your saying is a maxim that has been floating around the web. The original author is unknown as best I can tell.
As someone on Yahoo said several months back, "Love is the leap that won't be denied." It's not surprising that this sentiment has been used on over 5,000 websites.
Here's another anonymous saying I found while searching for yours that I think is quite nice:

Girl, seriously, I've been searching and searching and I can't find it either. My guess it it might just be one of those unknown authors.
Or, could be lyrics to a song...although I tried that route too and didn't come up with anything.
