If she knows that he likes her than it is wrong for her to be doing that and it means that she likes him back and doesn't really respect you. You need to tell her how you feel but don't be soft about it, tell her that if thats how shes gonna act your not gonna tolerate it. Chances are if she is into you she will stop in fear of losing you.
