Until age one and a half to three

That depends on the size, breed, and individual genetics of each individual dog. Small breeds are usually full-grown around one year of age while large breed dogs are not considered adults until about two years of age and may take several more months or years to become fully muscled and "fill out." Some lines fill out sooner than others of their breed...for example some german shepherds are fully grown and pretty mature at two years, but other lines can take three or even four years to "fill out."

Smaller breeds tend to grow faster and can reach adult size as early as 7 months. Big dogs will reach adult age as old as 1 year.

I have found that by the time they are a year old they have pretty much reached their growth potential. However, they can still gain weight and lose it according to their activity level. Please remember that dogs' legs do not grow according to their body weight like human legs do. So if you have dogs that have low activity levels adjust their food intake accordingly. Having an overweight dog is very dangerous for them.

Depends a lot on the breed's size. Smaller breeds tend to be fully grown earlier - around a year - while bigger breeds may keep growing for 2 years.

about 2 years, it might be a little less depending on the size... my friends have a St. Bernard that is still growing and he is almost 2, but my aunt has a miniature dachshund that stopped growing when he was almost one... so it pretty much depends on the dog.
