the bolt pattern should be the same on those so they should work ,make sure they will clear the rotors though before you tighten them down,good luck.

if the rims for the aries are the same diameter (14 or 15 inches, maybe?) as the ones for the new yorker, and if there are the same number of holes for the lugnuts on each (probably not, i think the aries had 4 holes and the new yorker had 5) it could work. have fun experimenting and don't get anybody killed!

'84 Plymouth Reliant wagon had four lugs (had one), '89 Dodge Spirit had five (have one) and I'm pretty sure the '91 New Yorker had five (have '90 Dynasty, same as New Yorker), I would say the '85 Aries had four since the Aries/Reliant was discontinued in '87 or '88 and the Spirit/Acclaim debuted in '88'
