If I use weights, should I do lunges every other day or if I use no weights at all can I do them every day? Im trying to tone up my legs

the intensity of exercise should dictate the frequency. if you are using bodyweight only you can do them daily. if you are using added resistance I would limit them to every other day.

toning is nothing more than the reduction of body fat. so for maximum results from your exercise you will need to clean up your diet and follow a reduced calorie diet.
