can i just tap into another + 12 behind the fusebox or just wire straight to the battery for constant for my?

radio because im not getting power

If it's easier for you, you can connect directly from the battery, using a wire mounted fuse box. I don't advise you to connect without a fuse.

Better replace the fuse you accidentally blew first. stock radio wiring has a constant and ignition hot already. If I only knew what your car year make model is?
