Ok my b/f and I went to a dairy farm about an hour away.
He used his car but asked I pay gas and tolls since it was my idea. When we got to the farm, I paid for over $20 in goods we both like. He wanted some things for himself and asked I buy them too since the trip was my idea. I told him he's crossing a line, especially since I brought us to a fancy Thanksgiving dinner at an upscale hotel that cost about $80.
Now I don't mind being the one to pay for special occasion things because he pays most of the rent and it is his car. But I pay all the food, and he likes to eat out a lot, and his gas and oil changes, and charges thousands on my credit card for his music equipment.
So when we were driving home, he said he was starving and wanted to eat all the food now. I told him I bought the salad, soups, and rolls for now, but the sandwich and two pastries were for dinner. He kept arguing he was hungry like a horse and wanted them now. I said if we eat all this now, that will be like a...

$40 lunch, if I include the gas, so can we please bdget it a little or what will we have for dinner time...him getting me to order a pizza and wings and go another $20 down?
So he got really mad and held his hand in a fist on his lap and told me he doesn't give a sheet anymore and he can't wait to go to band practice where his friends are way cool compared to me.
And that's another thing, he goes out with them a few times a week and has money for drinks and buying weed and sharing with them but if we go out together, I'm supposed to pay.
What's going on? He wasn't alwasy like this. I mean he's often mooched off his parents when he was in-between jobs but...

He's a loser, its degenerative condition. Band practice for what? Does he think he's going to make it big and make all the money up? He's pissed off cauz he aint going nowhere.

I think this guy is using you to keep his big belly full, maintain his car (& anything else it needs--gas, etc.-bought it's wax yet?), and keep him in his music hobby, with flimsy excuses he's giving you. I think you should DUMP him right now. No question about it. He's a big time USER. And not just being simple about it...extravagent meals too!!! Don't spend another penny on him and see what happens. Try an experiment and see what happens...you won't have to dump him, he'll dump you I bet.

It sounds like it's time to kick his butt to the curb. If your both taking a trip to be together, both of you should work together to make sure that the financial aspects of it are covered.

Apparently he has no consideration for you or your feelings and is only using you for your check book and whatever else he can get from you.
