What would you purchase # 10 cans for and what would you purchase No. 211 cylinder cans for?

I've never heard the terminology No. 211. However, I used to buy the following in #10 cans every week.
Green beans
Corn
Beets
Cheese sauce
Peaches
Pears
Garbanzo beans
Black beans
Kidney beans
Peas
Ketchup
Vanilla pudding
Chocolate pudding
(Something else I'm forgetting now.)
Oh yeah, dill and sweet pickles

it depends... cans for what purpose?? i buy #10 cans of crushed tomatoes for saucem chili... anything i am making for a crowd... you can buy the #10 cans of fruit, veggies, ketcup, most anything that comes in a can....
