I'm 25/m/single,i developed quite a liking for this girl at my workplace,i'm a shy individual when it comes to talking to girls i don't know that well,i had a few conversations with this girl at office,a few long eye contacts,a few smiles (not very prolonged though),'I thought' she liked to talking to me, 'I happened' to notice,her paying attention,smile when i talked to anyone,though on a very few occasions.I'm a sensitive & loving/ caring kind,i developed feelings for her,a few days ago i gathered enough courage to ask her for a cup of coffee in office,she told me that she has had a bf for a very long time & doesn't want to change anything on that front.Now i just can't stop crying whenever I think of her,I like her a lot,it hurt me a lot inside.Since she works in the same place as i do (our paths don't cross very often)what should I do now?Where did I go wrong?What should I do in the future?It'd be great to have a girl respond to this but i'm open to anyone's thoughts. Think of it like a job in the sales field. Every "no" puts you that much closer to a yes. Force yourself to approach women you are attracted to and eventually it will become easy.
Don't forget, she has a boyfriend, not a husband. I wouldn't persue her, or obsess about her, but you can keep her in the back of your mind. Things sometimes change over time.

aw you poor thing
well the only thing you really can do is move on have at less a week or two of crying than go out with some friends to a club or some thing or be social keep your mind busy
