I'm 14 and I live in Florida and my mom and I want to know if I am at the age that I can learn to drive and take test and stuff.

You're not allowed to take driving tests or get behind the wheel until you're 15, but you can take driving COURSES at 14.

I don't know about FL, but in TX, you have to be 15 to take dr's ed, and 16 to get a license.

However, if you have a case of hardship--grandma can't drive herself to the dr's office--a request can be made and an exception for lower age obtained.

no most states enforce the laws of 18 and 21 or older to drive
i think you have to be 16 to take the tests
