if God can see into the future and knows everything thats going to happen, does that mean that he knows whos going to go to heaven and whos not?

Yes... He knows your heart and thoughts... He knows everything!
But He does give us free will and allows us to choose our own destiny.

Yes, He knew before the world began who would follow Him and who would not. That is why we have to share the Gospel to all, and give them the chance to accept Christ.

What else could it mean. Of course he knows who is going to heaven so it doesn't matter how you live your life. He already knows and whatever you do you cant change what he already knows.
