i know you want to be thicker but 20 pounds is a big extreme you might gain 20 pounds and feel heavy unhealthy and just bad...i know someone who was always skinny real skinny..then they drank whole milk everyday like 5 huge glasses and ate ate ate they gained like 10 pounds...and they felt like ****..LOL...they lost the weight right away..and said they would never take being skinny for granted again...20 pounds is alot i say you go for 5 see how you feel then take it from there...eat alot of food but eat alot of healthy food..you dont want to put on sloppy weight...good luck
