Use them just like beef.
Here is my favorite recipe:
Dredge 2 pork cube steaks in flour, brown them in just enough oil so they do not stick to the pan.
Remove. Set aside.
Chop 1 onion, 1 green pepper, and 3 o4 fresh mushrooms.
Saute veggies in the oil until half cooked.
Set aside.
Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1 packet of onion soup in a pint jar. Fill with water, shake well and pour in the pan.
Add veggies.
Add cube steak.
Let simmer about 35/40 minutes.
Stir a couple times.
With your mashed potatoes, YUM!
Good luck.

You may use the pork just like beef in your recipe. Right now I am baking a pork roast with sage and cherries. The house smells sooo good right now. I have also used pork cubes with pasta and tomatoes. It turns out very nice and spicy. Make whatever you feel like with the pork, it will turn out nicely.

this tastes excellent. brown the pork steaks and set aside. into the pan, add a can of campbells golden mushroon soup and half the water it says to add. stir well. i like to add some fresh ground black pepper and a touch of brandy. gives it a more gourment flavor. add back to pork and simmer for about forty minutes (low setting or flame and slightly tilted cover). wonderful gravy to put over the potatos. check every so often to make sure it isn't burning. i don't recommend the regular cream of mushroon soup for this recipe.

I take them and i put a pickle and a slice of onion in them and roll them up and put a toothpick in them to hold them together . In a seperate pan I dissolve some beef boulion in water and place the cube steak in the pan on top of boulion . I then bake them at about 350 for 35 to 45 minutes and they come out great and they taste really great . good luck and god bless.

I make those just like chicken fried steak. I salt and pepper the steaks. Dip them in butter milk (or regular milk will work) shake off the excess and dredge them in flour. Fry them in oil on medium high heat until golden brown on each side. They cook rather quick so don't cook them too long only until the juices run clear. Good Stuff!

You can use the same recipe for the pork too. The cooking time can either be longer or the same but not shorter period. Pork will not be over cooked if longer cooking time is used. Remember never to under cook pork.
