First of all, McDonald's uses vegetable oils in their cooking. These oils are loaded with omega 6 fatty acids that when heated even slightly polymerize and convert to trans fatty acids. These oils, when absorbed through the skin cause inflammation.

Sodas you drink, and I mean all of them, contain phosphoric acid causing an excess of phosphorus to build up in your blood. High phosphorus levels cause you to become deficient in calcium. Additionally, the sodas contain caffeine and this depletes your body of water, so you become dehydrated. The reason you are getting lazy is because you most likely are depleted in energy from the dehydration.

McDonald's has probably the worst food you can eat. They are about profit, not health. The Angus beef they promote comes from cows eating in Grain Feed Lots. These cows are fed antibiotics to force them to stay healthy long enough to be killed. They are fed growth hormones to fatten them up. They are very high in omega 6 inflammatory fatty acids that, when eaten, make the person's body inflamed, susceptible to many diseases. Each hamburger at McDonald's is a composite of about 1,000 cows from around the world. They mix all the beef together in their processing plants. The oils they use are rancid and hydrogenated. The french fries are made with these oils.

When you work in this environment, your skin is going to absorb this garbage. You breathe in the garbage and your body has to do something with it, right? right. So, your liver and kidneys get overwhelmed with dealing with these toxins, so your skin becomes like a third kidney and your skin becomes inflamed with pimples.

You are not going to be able to stop the body pollution you are getting by working in that place. I suggest you find another job. There are much better places to work. I also suggest you support Anti-McDonald's day on Oct. 16th each year. That company is a terrible company that is creating huge problems for the world from what they are selling to people. Watch the video, "supersize me." Then buy the book called, "Don't eat this book."

In regard to the water you drink each day, you need to take your total body weight and divide by 2. This number is the ounces you need to drink each day. If you weigh 100 pounds - divided by 2 = 50 ounces. If you drink sodas (I mean any of them), tea, or coffee, you will have to add 1-1/2 times the liquid in the soda to the total number.

Say you drink 2 sodas of 16 ounces. You will have to drink 48 ounces of water to compensate for the lost water in your body from the dehydration these things give you.

For your body to digest just one quart of food, your body needs to have 7 - 1/2 quarts of liquid in it to allow proper digestion of this. If you are dehydrated, your body will not be digesting the foods and you will be toxic from the waste and this will contribute heavily to your pimple problem.

Stay completely away from any fluoridated products or water. Sodas are loaded with this garbage. This will deplete your body of iodine. Even the fluoridated toothpaste will do this to you. Check your iodine level in your body. Go to the pharmacy and buy a small bottle of "tincture of iodine." Paint a 2" x 3" patch on your forearm. Watch how fast it disappears. If it is still there after 24 hours, you are O.K. If it goes away before the 24 hours, you are deficient. If it goes away in a few hours, you are really deficient and need to fix this.

good luck to you

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.

In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.

Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.

In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.

If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

Make an appointment with a dermatologist. He can help you with the type of acne you have. If it's caused by hormones or oily skin, etc.

Drink a lot more water then 1 glass a day, stay away from fast foods and maybe get a job someplace else.

Dove is a great brand to use to keep your face clean

For starters, drink ALOT more water and less soda. Koolaid is okay, cause it is water based. Lemonaid wouldn't be bad either. Eat healthier!! I get you work at a fast food place, but McDonalds serves some healthier choices too. Salads or grilled chicken. Parfait instead of fries. You get the idea.

You can buy facial cleansing cloths. Bring them to work and wash your face every chance you get.

Your best bet is to go see a dermatologist. They can help you with other creams and give you suggestions you probably haven't tried. Alos keep in mind, when you first start a routine, things get worse before they get better. Just keep at it and try whatever you do for a month before you decide if its workng or not.

My advice would definetely be to visit your GP, as there is are alot of treatments available to people suffering with acne. I know alot of people with acne problems, and they were prescribed tablets for them....and they really work! This one girl used to have them so bad, and now her face is really clear. For alot of people, they work wonders!

I would also advice to cut back on the junk food, and drink more water, not only because it will help your skin, but good for your health tooo!

You should make an appointment with your doctor, because GP's know how acne can get you down. If i was you, i'd also adopt a skin routine. Make sure you wash your face, especially after work as grease accumulates and blocks your pores! Dry it probably aswell, as not doing so can give you blackheads.

But deffo see your GP! hope this helps! :D

If you have a lot of acne try arbonne's clear advantage kit. It is prity expensive but if you can afford it's worth the money. If you cant afford it try using clean & clear, it worked good and was very cheap. Try not to tuch your face when your hands are dirty, and if you have your hair touching your forehead wash your hair in the morning and night to remove oil's.

First of all, you need to eat healthier and exercise, it's lower your stress level and help out with the acne. ProActive works really well for me, but if you're looking for a quick fix (it takes a couple weeks w/ proactive) try the zapzyt products.

You definitely need to drink more water, it really helps. Eating fast food is also awful for your skin and your health! It sounds like you need to get motivated again and get more healthy... it will clear up your skin too! OR, you can try birth control medicine, it works wonders for acne.
