Long hair (but not real long), a nice smile, pretty eyes, form fitting jeans with a thong worn under (emphasis on form fitting rather than tight, and she has to have the body for it). Those are just few things that come to mind.
There have been many different things that I found to be a turn on with one particular person, but not necessarily with another person.

Wow, think you'll get more than a page of different replies here. *deep breath* Okay here's a few of my faves:
The look of love (I'm talking eyes here folks) When they're looking at you, but further in than the surface.
Style of movement - there's a certain style, not just of walking but of how one moves their body through the everyday dance of life that can attract.
Scent - everyone's different in their aromatic tastes, but a nice perfume in such moderation that you can't smell anything unless you're extremely close.
Ability to listen as well as project. It's a two way street, and when someone is obviously paying attention to you by listening, it's a nice treat.
Care and attention to one's appearance - as much as the appearance itself matters, so does a reasonable amount of care. We're not talking 4 hours a day at a beautician here.
Contact, there's a certain tactile sensation that makes a connection - hard to explain or classify, but a certain style of touch that can mean a lot more than it first appears to others.
Voice - there's specific types of voices that will appeal or repel to an individual. It's not even the natural tones or qualities, as much as how the qualities of the voice are used. Some voices sound good in a challenging way, others in an explaining fashion, others when vocalizing in a factual or definitive style. A particular type of voice, used in a way that seems to fit it's qualities most naturally, is very attractive.

If a women is attractive, and is genuinely interesting, and not just interested in my genitals that is a massive plus. It is simple enough for almost any women to be attractive to a man.
