It's probably early to find many people on the board, but check out CruiseCritic.com, click on "Boards", then "Roll Call" for IOS. People will log into that board if they're going on that cruise and want to connect with others. If that's Easter, there will definitely be other teens on board; it's also Spring Break for some.

You are going on a ship that is very popular with teens. During the school year you can count on at least 100 teens on board. During school vacation you can figure something closer to about 400 teens.

The ship has a special area just for teens called the Living Room (for just hanging out with other teens) and Fuel (a teen disco with a soft drink bar). And adults (including your parents) are not allowed.

Don't worry, you will have others your age to spend time with on board.

I have been on cruises in the middle of the school year to alaska thinking I would be the only teen
but you'd be surprised
the answer is there are almost always teens on board. And in April during spring break there will be plenty.
Have fun on your cruise

You can go on a travel site like expedia.com and look up the ship.. they usually have facts on there, and tell you who should go on the cruise and who shouldn't. In other words, they'll tell you if you're a teenager, if there's likely to be other young adults on the ship, or if it's mainly a married couple and older people-type ship.

Check out Royal Caribbean's website for the ship.. maybe it can give you more info:
