I have such difficulty with all of the labeling that is so mindlessly assigned in the world. What does it matter? Aren't we all human beings with the same joys and sufferings? If I say I am a Christian or am not a Christian, then leagues of people make assumptions about me that may not apply. We are all multi-dimensional beings. Labels only limit, because they exclude all other possibilities. I, myself, am many, many things; and these change from time to time as I expand in consciousness. I am Sirius

"I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile." Romans 1:16
There is a distinct difference between a "religious" person and a "Christian". People can go to church their whole lives and do "good things" does not make them a Christian. That is a religious person. Being a Christian is not a religion but instead, it's a personal relationship with the creator of heaven and earth. Who loves you and adores you and wants you to want to know him personally.
"That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." Romans 9-11

Yes, I'm the worst kind there is, a new Christian (ie I became a Christian not long ago and previously was an atheist or probably more likely an agnostic).

no, I can relate to a bit of wiccan, a bit of buddhism so I think I am a buddacan not being funny here at all but the christian in my life are all evil so that religion cancels me out same with the catholics silly people as well as the jehovah's just nutty beliefs and I am assuming you will just pray for me so why doesn't any one just admit that they all have a human quality to them that humans relate to and need in desperate times of life they are all interesting and all religions have great stories

The word "Christian" would imply that I am Christ-like. Hmmmm....I have a strong faith in God, I read the Bible, I attend church, I keep the 10 Commandments, I love my neighbor as myself, I tithe, and yet I never feel qualified to claim to be a Christian.
I am a follower of Christ's teachings. I am not a Christian. But I'm trying to be.

No, atheist.
Ex-Christian, except that doctrinally, and contrary to my personal conviction/experience, it is maintained that I could never have been a true Christian, or I could never have become an atheist!

I do not claim to be a Christian. The way they act I would be ashamed to call myself one. I do however have a personal relationship with Jesus. I love the Lord, not religion.

I can not be defined, out here in the cosmos there is only the dance. The Phoenix rises from the ashes of religion.
