uk serviceman suspended on full pay pending a civillian court case, served almost his full time in armed forces & if he finishes his agreed length of duty before any guilt has been established will he be ok for his pension ?

As long as the Army is not trying him, his pension should be safe. He needs to very this with the military considering its importance.

I believe depending upon the nature of the crime a pension can be revoked if an ex-member of H.M. Forces is found guilty.

Wont help his case that the alleged crime was allegedly committed while he was in Service.
