you got already some good advice. Here some more thoughts:

The hint that you stammer less when angry at someone or singing, could mean that you have stored anger in you which needs to be neutralized, since you may not want to blow anger at others.

Anger is our reaction when we feel that others have violated our authority. This may have happened to you in childhood or in a past life.

Anger is suppressed, when the subject we are angry at appears too mighty so that we cannot release the anger immediately, but sum it up at repeats.

Anger and stammering together may tell that there was a person making you angry by violating your authority and then not allowing you to express it by screaming or yelling. If this is so, only your unconscious may know, yet, you can release all the old load. You do not need to recall the cause in order to totally dissolve it!

Yes we can change the past, not the facts but our feelings about them!

Singing takes us closer to our true self expression, which may for sometime override the anger by taking us into a different state of mind and being.

Yet, anger about the justified past situation does not help any more, it has lost its original meaning.

Here is where I would start to neutralizThis is something which can be cured. It is sad that it is having such a devastating effect upon you. Did you know that George VI had a stammer -- yet he was able to get over it and make speeches without a hitch. The minister of our church says that he used to have an appalling stammer, but if he hadn't said so, I would have found this hard to believe, as there is no hint of it when he preaches. There is an organisation and I hope this link will help. http://www.stammering.org/cure.htmle the past.

I agree with the first answerer--did you move into a stressful situation around the time it started? Or did you have a head injury, or have to learn to do some routine task with the other hand?

Here's another trick you might try to overcome the problem: I've noticed that people who stammer/stutter usually don't when they're reading aloud or quoting someone else. So you might try telling yourself that you're quoting every time you start to speak.

sometimes it can be caused by sudden changes such as puberty, new lifestyle, or stress. if you are between the ages of 9 and 18 this can happen. if not, take a look at any other changes like environment or work/school.

I continuously stated that i might attempt organic.. yet while the discomfort grew to alter into to lots then i might take the epidural.. After an hour.. I took the epidural, and that i think of it replaced into the terrific ingredient for me. i replaced into in labour from 11:30am and introduced through emergency c-area at 4:30am right here day. I couldnt think of going interior the trail of the discomfort that long devoid of the epidural.. yet that's in simple terms me. additionally i wouldn't in any respect advise that every person provide delivery through c-area till medically necissary.. the restoration is terrible! My terrific chum gave delivery for sure.. yet she replaced into purely in labour an hour.. if I went that rapid then i might have went for sure as nicely. yet anybody has different discomfort tolerence. in case you opt for to supply delivery for sure.. then decide for it.. in case you opt for you won't be in a position to handle it.. then don't sense undesirable.... the epidural facilitates you so which you would be able to relax and be waiting while it comes time to push!
