I am not a Salvationist and I would like to go to an army meeting even though I do not have a uniform.

Yes, you can. Uniformed Salvationists are people who have dedicated thier lives to God and to the work of the Salvation Army. But anyone can go to a meeting (our word for a service) !I'm glad you are interested. You may find you want to give your life to it,too. God bless.

Yes anyone can attend - I've been to my local meeting and was made very welcome - can i add there was a huge sense of peace - and acceptance....
I'm not a member but i know they do a great work.

All are welcome. It is a Christian Organisation founded in Victorian times as always many have justified or unjustified jibes against it but it is often the very first at a disaster and is usually found where it is most needed in the very poorest of areas
