my dog keeps on itching!?

i have 2 dogs all they do is scratch and itch keep me up at night i tried everything i took them to the vet got them shots,got them speacial shampoo,i used frontline,i changed there diet and i cleaned my carpets and they are still itching. any suggestions?

Take them back to the vet. They might be allergic to something you haven't tried yet.
