Whats the best way for a Christian to stay focused on in (fast paced) society. Any verses or passages you use (from the bible) would be of great help.

Here are some things that may help...........
Meet with the Lord each day by reading His Word.
Pray to Him and tell Him what is on your heart.
Memorize a verse that encourages you, such as:
"Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths;
lead me in Your truth and teach me." Ps 25:4,5
Worship with other believers and encourage one another.
Confess your sins and ask the Lord to help you to obey
Him.
Share your faith with others who are seeking.
Ask the Lord to give you a good Christian friend, who you both can share your joys and struggles with. Encourage one another! God bless you!

I stay focused on my spiritual path by ignoring a lot of the things I used to feel were vitally important, or at least giving them a much smaller part of my time and mental energy. I have cut TV to a bare minimum, and pay very little attention to the news and politics of the day unless they pertain to my job. I have seen only a handful of movies since about 2004 - can't recall if the number is two or three. I spend my time studying, reading, and communing with those who support my role in this world.

I wouldn't use verses or passages unless you find that a mnemonic helps you to focus.
In general, just be courteous and respectful toward others in your daily life. If you constantly think about how to be considerate, you will automatically be keeping your focus on God, whether you pray or not.
