why are all the good men taken and why do i attract men that always do me wrong?

I'm a decent guy but I've found that often times good guys finish last. Why? Not sure, but I know some women don't find "nice" guys exciting enough. They like the exciting roller coaster ride of passion, moods and mystery the "bad" boys can provide. Examples are James Bond, James Dean, Charles Manson and rock stars for example. Of course those guys are never going to settle down and support a wife and family, be faithful to them or provide the stability and emotional support when needed. Eventually most of the women figure that out. However, for some that can take a long, long time and the rocky road during that time takes its toll on them emotionally and physically. So, there's still plenty of good guys around but remember they might be the less flamboyant, less "mysterious" guys out there.

Perhaps the problem is not the men but u... stop settling for less!!!! U know what u want out a relationship so seek it,
look for those good quality's in the person that ur choosing.
anything else ur settling for less..... build ur self esteem and
take no shorts..... start treating urself with respect and don't except anything less.... everyone deserves to be happy!

Well first of all it has a lot to do with you and your character. Maybe you are too nice or willing to tolerate a lot of negativity before you realize you have to get out of the relationship. People get in bad relationships and then they get caught up in another bad relationship. It is a pattern that repeats over and over again. The best thing to do is realize that you deserve better and search for the right person for you.
