You need sit down with him and discuss it.
I'm sure there are a lot of people who will give you advice. There are probably some who have gone through the same thing. But that's them... not you... not your boyfriend.
Here are some things to discus:
(1) Being deployed for long periods of time in distant locations.
(2) Living arrangements. Can you get off-base housing? Can you live together on base?
(3) Are you both officers? The military tends to frown on relationships between officers and enlisted personnel.
(4) Money... (enough said about that)
(5) Commitment... I can't speak for women, but guys on liberty are sometimes not the most reliable spouses... and you're not even married. I'm presuming girls are kind of the same way. I've heard the same excuses from both sides.
When you and have hashed over these and any other issues that may come to you... then you decide if it will be a problem. Nobody here is qualified to make that decision for you.

If you are enlisting as a linguist like you have said in another question, and your bf is a commissioned officer in pilot training. You cannot stay together in the USAF. If you are caught as an officer he will likely get a slap on the wrist, and you will get discharged under dishonorable conditions. It sucks but there is a no fraternization law in the UCMJ. I've seen similar situations explode the same way.
No, most linguists are enlisted not officers. If you want to be an officer, then you will not take the ASVAB, and you will not go to MEPS until after you complete college. You need a four year degree to get a commission. They will not just make you an officer when you join because of your job.

He'll be gone a lot regardless. You'll probably deploy a bit as an interpreter. Now, if he's an officer and you intend to enlist, you have to get married before you go in, or break up.
As a married couple, the Air Force will make efforts to co-locate you, but that only means that your duty stations are within four hours (approximately) of each other.

actually, linguists are enlisted.
when you say problem, what sort of problem? if one of you is enlisted and the other an Officer, you may NOT be in the same chain of command together.

You need to complete school and get your degree and then officer candidate school before even considering it.
Without your commission or staying a civilian you can not fraternize.
