I don't see why people with religions have to try to convince others or even kill others over religion. I mean, you said so when "judgment day" comes we'll all be damned(the non-believers or whatever), so be it. Just wait for that day and let peace resume. Why do people have to go all out of the way and bomb/kill(whatever).And why exactly is god a HE? Why not SHE? Or it?

to some ,religion is like a drug and some religious people want to sell you the religion and get you hooked because they get so much pleasure and comfort that they want share it with others

First of all, your making generalizations, many religions don't believe this way. Secondly, many people have also been killed by communists who don't believe in a God or religion. As a matter of fact, communists have murdered and slaughtered more innocent people in modern times, than religion based wars. Many refer to God as a he just out of habit. Most of us realize God is spirit and has no gender.

I don't know about you but I wouldn't want the Christian God to be a she. Because he is psychotic and an absolute maniac and the reason people push their religions (I'm mostly talking about Christians now) is because they have no idea what they are talking about. But people believe their way is the only way. I know it's retarded.

Um, not all religions are focused on mass conversions and the destruction of competition. Polytheistic paths are more live-and-let-live types.

It goes beyond the "here and now" to "eternity".
What could be more important than that??
If only more people realized that this is the only existence they will ever have, we might have peace.
