What type of shorts do you wear while running? In school, I was on the cross-country team and the coach made us wear athletic supporters (jock straps). This not only protected the penis from any chafing, but eased the strain of running on the penis and testacles. As for the scarring, try a triple anti-biotic cream.

I run a lot too, and unfortunately had the same problem. My solution was twofold. 1.) I started wearing a jockstrap while running. Its embarrassing but keeps everything from moving around and rubbing. 2.) I started using a penis health creme every day. The creme strengthens and moisturizes the skin down there. Get an all natural creme to avoid side effects though. Cheers.

A jock strap coupled with the use of a penis health creme will set you straight. Just make sure you get a good creme that contains Vitamin E and shea butter. These ingredients are excellent for the skin and will keep it hydrated and protected. Hope this helps.

Use a cup, or wear compression shorts. Try a penis health creme as a daily care measure to soften the skin and reduce the effects of friction.

You should wear a jock strap and some tidie whities and put some baby powder on. This should help alot and your times will actually get better. Keep putting on baby powder everyday until you run out and have a bunch of tidie whities. LOL. Good luck with this.

Gold Bond Body Powder works as well as trying to stay dry while you run. Wear running shorts. Vaseline is a common remedy but it does not work for me.

Appropriate attire or a supportive device are what you need first and foremost. You could supplement those things with a lotion like Man1 Man Oil to keep your skin hydrated -- dry skin is more likely to crack!

Seriously?
Try using 100% purre cornstarch before and after running. And you may want to consider wearing 'tidee whitees'.
