Im thinking of taking out the turn signal relay that keeps clicking-- will this work?

try turning on and off your emergency flashers several times. they usually get dirt and other stuff stuck in the switch and if someone has recently cleaned inside the vehicle with armorall or something similar than you will need to have your switch cleaned. hope this helps.

This is either a faulty turn signal switch or the actual hazard swtich. There was a factory recall of these. You can pull the hazard switch out with a good tug and install a new one to see if that fixes it first as it is cheap. If it is still no good, you will need the big multi-function switch inside the column and it's a big and costly job. Pulling the relay will make everything stop working.
