I Googled this and found this answer:
First of all it is untrue that Muslim men are the only ones that get companions in heaven (refer to the second link, which is Dr Zakir Naik's website). The main reason why the Quran and hadith are stressing the fact that men will get virgin girls is because it more appealing to men than promising virgin men to women. Men are more sexually active and therefore are facing a lot of difficulty (especially in the teenage years) to remain chaste. There are a lot of temptations in this world. That is why that Allah keeps promising these virgin girls who are more superior to the women of this world to those that remain patient and steadfast. That way, this motivates the unmarried men to remain chaste and be patient because they know they have something better waiting for them in the next life. Because if they do not get it legally in the next life then they would get it illegally in this life.
These are some verses that show the equality that men and women receive when it comes to attaining the rewards of paradise.

That's the best I could do.

So, if a Muslim manages to get into heaven and receives their promised 72 servants, do these 72 servants get their own 72 servants as well?
And do the servants of these servants also get their own 72? and so on, and so on?
Multiply that by 1400 years.Heaven must be pretty overly populated by servants!

well the whole 72 virgins thing is made up because the quran says you will have 2 wives thats it. the number 72 was invented or just a way to make muslims look worse. muslim women that i know of will have equal to men as in what ever they desire. if they choose they can spend the hereafter with their earthly husbands if they both get into paradise. but if the woman didnt really like her earthly husband maybe he treated her bad or something then she doesnt have to be with him if he makes it to paradise it is her choice. i know a muslim women will be seen as the most beautiful queen. she will be above the paradise women . basically what she wants she gets.

Heaven is equally accessible for men an women both in Islam. They need to be faithful to their husband, protect their own chastitity and property of husband in his absence. Take care of older folks of family, give charity to needy families and help who ever needs help in community. Worshipping God and seeking knowledge of religion is the key for her to get in to Heaven like all men.

Well, what is said about heavens in all religions? I am sure it is always the best. But women will always, have 1 partner, but I think if it is a terrible women they can ask for more, becos, they are in heaven.
If they are married, when they die, they will be more beautiful than the promised angels, and they will serve their husbands, who will admire and want them more than the angels.
If for non married woman, there will be a male angel waiting for them to serve them.
There is a supreme being called 'God' who will make everyone die, nobody, can control that. And we believe in Him. I love you Allah, forever and ever.
