my INCREDIBLY ANNOYING mom is MAKING me go to the movies with my brother and my dad in a half hour, just so that she can watch the football game at home!

i already told her that i wasnt dressed, and that she should let me stay home because im not bothering her, i just stay in my room and do w.e.....

but she wont listen and it makes me so angry! im not a 3 year old and i shouldnt have to sit through some stupid movie ("Fred Claus") that i know im going to hate, just so my mom can be the annoying b*tch that she is!

Maybe your mom wants to have some alone time - without having to deal with anyone who would think that she is an annoying b*tch just because she treasures that time by herself. Be generous and give her that time without whining and complaining.

No it is not fair at all. What I am unable to understand is the fact that if you are in your bedroom and out of her hair, what is she really up to that she does not want anyone at home. Is the football game just an excuse for something else? Sorry, but it seems a little to fishy. I can understand if she wants your dad and your brother out of the house since they probably hog the t.v., and make to much fuss during the game, but you having to forcefully go to the movies makes no sense. A little piece of advise, whether you take it or not is your choice, but stop using words like ***** for your Mom. No matter how bad a mother is, she is still your Mom and learn to use some respect when speaking about her or to her. Good luck.

Not taking your moms side but for life in general. You better get used to it because all during your future life youre going to be making sacrifices al the time youre not going to like but have to do them nevertheless. We all do it everyday ashave the millions that have gone before us. It sounds like this is going to happen no matter what you do so make the best of a bad situation and who knows opportunities knock at the most unexpected places so maybe theres a cute guy working there. Being a parent is not the easiest job in the world, doesnt come with directions, and lie every parent out here, your parents will make mistakes along with good calls too. It sounds like your mom thinks that you and your brother need to spend quality time with your dad alone.

Going out with the attitude that you have currently will make it so you are miserable. look at the positives, you think your mom is annoying, so this is time away from her :)

With the holidays maybe your mom wont be watching the game, but doing some holiday stuff.

If u r lucky enough to have a mother that cooks and cleans for u, than she deserves a little bit of time alone. If you really dont want to stay home, than ask her if u can go to a friends house the next time, or stay with her and watch the game.
