Hi...If you have floured tortillas shells you can spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and cut into triangles with a pizza cutter. Put them on a baking sheet. Bake @ 325 for about 10 min.

You can make miniature pizzas with English muffins! Also, make nachos by putting re-fried beans, cheese & salsa on tortilla chips. Then nuke or bake to melt cheese.

tuna with mayo, add some onion or celery if you like or an egg. serve on bread with cheese or cracker (i like the ritz)
