If I had my choice, I guess I'd wish for the afterlife with stripper factories and beer volcanoes.
But wishing don't make it true.
And I haven't seen any evidence beyond wishful thinking to indicate that either 1 or 3 is true.
I'm not entirely certain I'd want to see 4 either. Can you imagine a future where 99% of the population is cranky old people telling the few youngsters how easy they have it, while continuing to work the same boring *** job every day for thousands of years? Yeech.

I think any of them would be fine. I doubt we get much of a choice in the matter and that we'll all be experiencing more or less the same thing.
I personally suspect that there is a temporary visit to an afterlife state followed by rebirth.

I am going to experience an afterlife--but not because I "wish" it. Where we go or don't go when we die has nothing to do with what we "wish."
