Get yourself to a decent church and learn who you are in Christ. You will forget about perversion when Jesus is revealed in your life.....you will live it to the full.

First off, you’ve incorrectly diagnosed transvestism as being a ‘problem’ for YOU. My friend, the problem is with society’s ignorance of what transvestism and/or crossdressing is. Furthermore, their lack of any desire, or refusal to educate themselves about it only compounds the situation.
Since there is no physical danger in the act of wearing the clothes of the opposite gender, either for the person who is wearing those clothes or to those with whom they come into contact, finding a root cause for one being Transvestic is a low priority item for those in the fields of medical science or psychology. However, from the few studies that have been done, it is becoming more and more evident that one is BORN with the need to crossdress (as opposed to it being an acquired need). The Hormone Wash theory is the most convincing of all the suspected causes and it’s not something that you had any control over as a fetus.
Now, as far as the religious connotations are concerned, there is but ONE mention in the entire Bible that even remotely addresses crossdressing and you will find it in Deut. 22:5. Bear in mind that this is a book of the OLD testament. The laws in the old testament were made null and void upon Jesus resurrection and the laws found in the new testament are those that we are subjected to in this day and time. There are plenty of references to homosexual activities in the new testament, but nothing is mentioned pertaining to just plain crossdressing.
No one knows why God made some of us the way He did, but we KNOW that He doesn’t make any ‘junk’. Some are born with physical ailments, some with terrible deformities, and some with mental troubles. It is not our place to question WHY some are born this way, but to accept the fact that there is some apparent reason for it. Transvestism and crossdressing is no exception. Those who are born with a predisposition to transvestism had no more choice in the matter than they did the color of their eyes or hair, who their parents would be, or where on the earth would be called home. Sometimes I wonder if it’s a sort of ‘test’ for those who are NOT born with such a predisposition to see if they have the compassion and concern for others in the same manner that Jesus did while He was on the earth and administering to the masses.
In summation, your needs to crossdress are something you had no choice about and therefore have no need to be concerned about. God delivered you to your parents the way He did for a reason – regardless as to whether or not you know what that reason is. What you need to do is to try to accept the fact that you were born the way you were and reconcile yourself to that fact. There is no “problem” with you, but rather with those around you who refuse to educate themselves to what transvestism is, but even more importantly to what it ISN’T.

perhaps you need deliverance, a laying on of hands.
maybe go on a pilgrimage. focus your life on less superficial things.
Just a suggestion.
Not all Catholic churches are the same. Not all priests are the same either. At least believe in the Real Presence within the Holy Eucharist and make that your focus.

Christians can freely ask Mary for her help to to forward our prayers to God for under God grants what graces we want. it is loss of religion that we don't ask Mary for her intervention, she is the terrific and closet to Jesus , being His organic mom. interior the Gospel we are able to discover the case of the marriage at Cana the place stable wine grew to alter into short and it replaced into going to be aggravating to the hot married couple. yet Mary got here to comprehend the difficulty and along with her intervention Jesus did his first miracle in His public existence.. Mary is often intervening for us and the full international and quite a few different cases she confirmed this like in Lourdes that she replaced into sorry with the sins of the international that would bring about human destruction. Mary is our mom as Jesus gave her to us from the go and we could continuously be effective in asking her for our desires. Many and quite a few different miracles are recorded after asking her to intrude. yet there is often the will of God who will ultimately have mercy on us.

I invite you to learn about "Courage" - http://couragerc.net/
"Courage" is an apostolate of the Catholic Church and ministers to those with same-sex attractions and their loved ones. You'll never hear about it in the mainstream media: They have many success stories of people overcoming their same-sex atraction issues, and sometimes even getting married to fellow members of the opposite sex. They are amazing stories - stories which prove wrong the notion that you are just born that way and there is nothing you can do about it.

Why do you view transvestism as a problem? Just go to church dressed as a choir boy.
How do you know Jesus didn't wear silk undies?

Dude, you are who you are, and I feel really sympathetic for you because I have had friends who have been in this exact situation. This is what I have learned, and I already know I am going to get hate mail and thumbs down for this. We are human, and we have faults. We are also creatures born into sin, because of Eve's fuckup. It may take time for the Lord God present his answer and he may never. Women dress as men, but they do not necessarily sleep with other women, same for guys, but I know some really great christian gays.
As long as you confess you sins, and accept Jesus as your saviour than you will be forgiven. All God wants us to do is to be honest with him, and he dosen't expect perfection, because he understands that as us being human we are imperfect, and in that imperction, we are perfect. It is the way he made us. This is something that you will need to resolve within yourself, but that dosen't necessarily mean that you'll be "cured." Be yourself, be honest with yourself, and be honest with God. I fail to see if you can do that and be happy where as he would be unhappy. I also don't see where as it is anybody else's concern with what you do with your privite time.

Clearly, our crusader doesn't know what transvestism is... lol
It's a common thing for men to do... why bother to change it? I think they get alot more upset about homosexuality than transvestism...

I'm going to recommend secular cognitive behavioral therapy.
From your description, it sounds like you need to identify why you have these feelings and work on changing them. Unfortunately, there are very few, if any, clergy members trained to deal with this, so their help will be limited. You may be able to find Christian counselors, however.
By all means, keep praying. Sometimes, you have to do it more than once. ;-)
God bless you and remain with you always.
