My favorite is french toast with fruit.

1 egg
splash of milk
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
dash of cinnamon or nutmeg or both
two or three slices of bread that's a few days old

Place a tiny bit of butter on a griddle or frying pan on medium heat. Beat the egg, milk, sugar, and spices together. Dip the bread in the egg mixture, letting each slice soak for a minute then place on hot buttered pan. Allow to cook for a few minutes, then lift up one slice to see if it is brown. If so, turn and brown on the other side. If not, wait another minute and check again.

While the toast is cooking, slice up some strawberries, bananas, or whatever fruit you have.

Once the toast is browned, arrange nicely on a plate with the fruit. You can top with maple syrup if you like. I don't because the fruit gives it enough sweetness for me.

eggs, fresh orange juice. "Muesli" is a good idea; its like a healthy mix of oatmeal and dry fruits, kinda like cereals, you just have to add warm milk and you're done. Very healthy. Bananas are very filling. You wanna stay healthy but gotta have toasts then use fructose jam with it coz that's of natural fruit sugar, so that's healthy too. another great idea is one of these instant oatmeals; come in different flavours, again you either add warm milk or plain water.

well if you want something super easy, nuts make a very healthy breakfast. you can just eat them alone if your in a hurry or add a peice of fresh, organic fruit. another of my favorite healthy breakfast is plain nonfat or lowfat greek yogurt with honey drizzled ontop. adding honey is a healthy way to tame my sweet tooth too because it's a natural sweetener.

In the winter it is oatmeal with cinnamon sugar and cream. In the summer it is really good whole wheat toast and fresh fruit.
