It was horrifying the amount of pressure those children were put under. I think it was a lot of psychological abuse that will not be remotely beneficial to them one day. If you want to bring your child up as a Christian there are certainly better ways to do it and I'm sure many Christian parents do do it differently. I was actually crying at certain points for the children. Particularly that one boy who said he didn't know if he believed any of it and then dropped to his knees begging for God to hear him. Gosh, that image will never leave my head.

I'm reluctant to jump on the 'abuse' bandwagon, but I do know this: A good number of those children are going to grow up to be very dangerous and disturbed individuals. It seems America is insistent on creating its very own Taliban.

All religious indoctrination is psychological abuse. Why don't you people wait for your child to be 15 before drilling into them all the legends? Cause by that time reason and logic would be obstacles in your brain washing.

Yes in way. I think they are being brainwashed, and that could be a form of mental abuse. actually it is... these kids are going to grow up so separated from the real world... if they are being taught only God, and religion stuff.
it sounds like it's too much.

I have seen only abit of it. But it was enough to make me want to strangle that stupid cow.
And yes, it is child abuse....and the law should be forced to see it that way.

In my opinion, yes - it is a form of psychological abuse, and my evidence for my statement is how often the children are crying. Those people SCARE me.

Yes I've seen it, and yes, I think it's child abuse. Unfortunately, the law does not.

It looked like every daycare and afterschool program here in Mississippi. Nothing new at all to me.
