Wake up tired eyes by washing the eye area with cold water throughout the day. Also try soaking a cotton pad in warm tea and placing it over the eye area for 15 minutes. Under-eye concealer can help hide the look of fatigue. Try a yellow-toned stick concealer that can completely cover dark circles. For more mature skin, use a concealer that can invigorate and cover the eye area. Instant Age Rewind Concealer is formulated with caffeine and silk to instantly lift the eye area, while radiance pearls visibly help conceal dark circles and brighten tired eyes. Next illuminate the eye area by sweeping a light neutral shade of eye shadow onto the lower lid and near your inner eye area alongside the bridge of your nose. Also, a blue-based white eyeliner applied to the bottom, inner lid will offset any redness. Good luck! And don't forget, the best way to get rid of eye bags is to prevent them! Getting proper sleep, eating healthy foods, and exercising well can prevent these things.

Anything with a lot of water in it draws water. Potato, cucumber etc.... Also watch your salt intake. This can contribute to under eye bags. As well as not getting enough sleep. To conceal any darkness under the eyes put a concealer a couple of shades lighter under your eyes over your makeup instead of under it. That way it stays put. Just pat it on the darkened area. Then a little bit of loose powder to hold it.

try this:
cut up cold cucumbers into little slices that fit your eyebags and place them under your eye and keep them there for about 10 minutes, then take it off and repeat about 20 minutes later until you see a difference

get plenty of rest, place ice packs on your eyes for a few minutes to reduce the swelling, and if you have dark circles--use a good concealer that matches or is one shade lighter than your skin tone (and pat the concealer on, don't rub)
