is it possible to create peace in earth?

Yep. you see people trying all the time. just not enough of them. I suspect that during the last ice age, there were so few of us, so widely spread out, that people got along pretty well, because they were all in the same boat, and all had to cooperate and get along with one another just to survive. It may take another ice age. or some global tragedy, which knocks our numbers down to the point where we all have a little space, and we are all back to having just the few common interests, like food, shelter, and so forth. I mean, its entirely possible to get there from where we are. but we need to do a lot of education, a lot of re-education, and a whole lot of changing of people's minds about violence , such that it is not an acceptable alternative and that it does not become necessary. We imagine that we achieve peace through equality, equanimity, and cooperation, and thats the best way to do it; to get everyone off the old bad ideas of letting greed and the lust for power be a path to individual success, and on to more modern thinking, that by working together, with liberty and justice for all, there is no great need for conflict, beyond argument and vigorous debate, and compromises made in good faith for mutual benefit. it can be done! but we have to have the freedom, the equality, the balance of mutual and personal benefit, or its not worth it to have peace. because a state of total peace MIGHT mean a state of total control and subjugation. which is worse. Better we should fight, than allow ourselves to be trampled. we could focus on only fighting when the cause is just. that might be the first step.

If heavens were true , peace cannot be established even there .When God the creator of the whole universe in single day is incapable of establishing peace in the world among HIS own creations because of his mistake in creating certain creatures as HIS own sole agents, HE himself will never be able to create peace in this world .You can challenge even the God in this respect as long as religions are there instead of the humans .

Peace was possible to some extent when there were two super powers. Now there is one super power and it does what ever it wants. How can there be a peace in world?

May be when China will get strong enough to challenge USA, then may be there will be peace in world. Until then super power will always cause problem for their greed of taking lands and resources of other weaker countries.

There is today present a gigantic force among us but the present day egoistic so called religious leaders from all faiths do not out of sheer jealousy want to recognise Him.
When Jesus was on earth He too was opposed by the prevailing religious bodies in those days for the same reasons.
It is not long before HIs truth will come out in a blaze of glory.

You can create peace in clay, brass, wood - just pick something malleable but solid. Earth has a tendency to crumble and fall to bits if not moistened on a regular basis. Don't try to create it in any gas whatsoever. Tends to wander off of its own accord if a bit of a breeze picks up.

yes, surely you can create peace on earth. nothing in this world is impossible. its very simple to create peace, JUST USE COMMON SENSE.. but its not as simple as it sounds.. the point here is for everybody to use their common sense. u kno, on this earth people deliberately dont think straight.
