Oreo Bon-Bons:
1package oreos
1 package cream cheese
Chocolate of choice

mash oreos and cheese together(I use a potatoe masher) and then make little dough balls out of them and chill for about 15 minutes

Melt chocolate and spoon on dough balls and chill for about 30 minutes

and you can eat! this makes about 40 bon bons if you make the dough balls a little smaller than a golf ball.

I used white chocolate and drizzled with dark, very good and everybody will enjoy them so much!

I always do fudge. I did it for Thanksgiving this year also. I did not have the things to do my normal fudge, so I had to use what I had, which I thought would not turn out to be very good, but it was a huge hit!!! 2 cups of semi-sweet choc. chips, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp butter or margarine. Melt all in saucepan. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 cup of walnuts(optional). Mix until blended. Pour into lined baking dish. Melt 2 cups mini marshmallows and 1 tbsp butter or margarine in sauce pan. Pour evenly over fudge. Using a butter knife, cut into the top layer of choc to make a swirl effect. Chill for 2 hours. It took all of about 10 minutes and it is fail proof.

traditional gingerbread cake with real whipped cream (not from the can, fresh). Goes over great. Be careful with some of those recepies however, some really go to town with the spices!
