Try to relax and drink fluids. However, don't start gulping down twenty minutes before the race- you'll get cramps. Instead, sip water and listen to music. Also, if you didn't get much sleep, you might want to slap your face with cold water to start the blood circulation. Also, when you start, for the first 100 meters, push yourself alittle, but after, go down to your regular pace and put your hands towards your hips and relax your shoulders- many people forget. And drive your arms when your going uphill, and if your going downhill, remember to stride- thats where alot of people mess up and start getting shin splints and craps- like on heartbreak hill. Good Luck!

in case you may purely final 2 minutes it is by using fact your working at somewhat lots maximum coronary heart fee. you're able to be slowing you run down, in spite of if it does seem relatively gradual. come across a p.c.. which you would be able to attend to for quarter-hour, in spite of the shown fact that it is going to nevertheless be tiring. Then as quickly as you're able to do this, run for 20 minutes, then half-hour, then 40 5 minutes. you're able to truly initiate of structuring your working although as your new to it. then you definately progression on on your base the place you is in simple terms no longer doing any severe working for some months. advance the miliage till your physique purposes like a runner. this might take you 0.5 a 300 and sixty 5 days. then you definately progression onto the standard artwork, that's the place you would be in 6/7 months time and you will seem back to this positioned up thinking WTF

Relax, go out easy, don't sprint at the start because it is easy to get caught up in the excitement of a start.

Just get into your pace and run, drink water, don't worry about your time, enjoy yourself.

If you're an also-runner as most people are, just relax and enjoy it. If you're one of the horses, then start as fast as you can and run with ever-increasing speed.....

Good Luck

try getting in vitamin water/vitamins
plus a good breakfast
try to relax
take deep breaths (it expands the lungs and allows more oxygen for your muscles)
try this close your mouth and breath deep with only your nose (this expands your lungs more)
