I am an E7 in the Army and stationed in Germany. My wife is going to join the Army. What kind of pay do we get besides what I already get? Does she get full COLA or what? what kind of BAS? What else? We have 3 children and we live in leased housing off post.

she would be entitled to BAH at the single rate. she would Get COLA if she is stationed OCONUS( not while she is in training). BAS only when authorized( not while in training for instance) Nothing else additional save special pays and allowances that would be tied to her MOS.

It will depend on who has the children listed on their page 2 as dependents. If you do then you will get the COLA for 3 dependents as an E7 with ** of years in. She will also get it (provided she is stationed there) with her years in, rank and 0 dependents.
BAS has nothing to do with if you are married or not, that is the allowance for food. She will get it but if she uses the mess then amounts will be deducted from it each month.
With BAH because you are overseas it is then OHA. Not sure how that works with you both AD. Normally the highest amount you can get is the amount of the rent each month, plus an amount for utilities.
