Yes, the IDF and IAF defeated the Egyptians and Syrians during the Six Day War, despite having inferior numbers of troops and armor.
Oh yeah! They can defeat and destroy Iran.

Israel would have no problem defeating Iran or any other middle eastern country without the help of the US military.

Yes. Isreal has the most advanced armed forces technologically speaking per man than any other force in the world. Its relatively small yes, but man for man, they are the best. They have lived in a de-facto state of war for 50 years. Their Airforce is scary good. Air power wins convenional wars these days and isreali air power would be capable of degrading Iran's ground capabilites tremendously. On the ground, the Iran army uses old soviet technology. Tanks and sas missles from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Isreal has the latest and greatest. Could isreal invade and occupy Iran? No, of course not, could they beat off an attack? Easily. Could they launch strikes to take out Iranian installations? At will.
That being said, let us all pray this never happens. As in most cases, the strike between governments like US and Iran is not reflective of the citizens on the ground. Most US citizens are good people with no problems with the people of Iran, and likewise, most Iranian citizens are good people who just want to live thier lives in peace and be prosperous. Given time, the globaliation of the world reform n both governments will make our issues moot.

The people of Iran hate war, but they are very good at it, they pray every day not to have to fight a war again.
America has spun so many bad things about Iran that no one really knows anything about them at all. Saddam Hussein's armies to fight against Iran , but Saddam never won that war. but after being made a promiss by the American government of support,
Saddam was power hungry and thought because he was fighting for America that he could do anything in the middle east and get away with it. Saddam then attacked Kuwait but was soundly beaten.
By the NATO forces,
History will show In the past 20 years, if Geroge Bush Junior had left Saddam alone as his father did in desert storm,
the war in Iraq would never had taken place.
So many things have happened in the middle east that no one has kept score ,
to who is the bad guys and who is the good guys.
but one absolute truth is Iran will never be an easy war.
Yes Isreal has the nuclear power to wipe Iran off the map, The world must learn to get along or they will have to wipe out everyone that disagrees with them,
The world has suffered enough stop this war talk it will only end in the end of humanity. But as far as the Iranian people, they are not afraid to die,

Im not sure? Iran has won battles against Israel, but Israel has Nuclear power and can bomb Iran.
I might say YES they can defeat Iran, cause U.S. is not Israel is on their side, and rumors are that U.S. is about to bomb Iran!

Yes, Israel has the strongest military in that region and of course most of their weapons are supplied by the United States because we have a key interest in keeping Israel the top gun in the Mideast.

I don't think so. But regardless of what they need from the US, I think we should disinvolve ourselves totally from middle east issues. Had we gone to alternative fuels after the 70's oil crisis, and cut all ties with all Islamic nations and their religioius enemies, none of our present difficulties would have arisen.

Israel has the Nuclear power to do it, but Iran wants Nuclear power too, but we won't let them have it.
Israel can literally kick the crap out of Iran if they want too.
