how an 11yr old girlchild can excell in painting though she is a very nice painter as per her age.

If possible get some lessons, then after a little while move on to a different teacher, then another one, etc etc. This way yu pick up a lot of new techniques without getting "stuck" in the style of any one teacher. Vary the subjects of your paintings.
I always encourage people not to stay with one teacher for too long.

Also study books, and study online, look for new techniques. Don't forget to draw, draw every day, just any old object that happens to be in front of you. Try doodling if you are on the phone talking to someone, when you do this you plug into the creative side of your brain, and your squiggles and shapes will grow and develop over time.
Above all, don't rush yourself. You have lots of time.

3 basic points to skill improvement in painting

1 practise
2 composition
3 colour theory/understanding the source of light in the composition
