“…acknowledge *the fact* that humans were once animals…” I would have said if there was enough room.

Well, pantheism, though actually we believe that humans still are animals, there is no magic threshold that we've crossed that seperates us from them.

It's not a fact, so no

We make objects simply to look upon the beauty of them
We write poetry to describe our feelings and experiences
We compose symphonies
We create fiction
We travel to space
We write to communicate, we speak multiple languages...
We create complex recipes for cooking
We create technological wonders
We love, We hope, We sacrifice ourselves for others, We are illogical, We are compassionate...
We rationalize
We pretend
We deny reality and truth

animals do none of these things.

i don't know how humans came to be. evolution is strong as far as logic goes, but i am not 100% convinced. my "belief system" will acknowledge that it is a possibility.

None. God says that He created first man Adam specially from the dust and then breath life in it. This is in simple worded statement. God created him by extracting all the contents that we have in our body from the earth's dirt and water, oxygen, vitamins and proteins available in vegetables and fruits. Then God put soul in him. Then created Eve from the left side ribs of Adam.

God can create any way He wants to. We can't comprehend how God does, that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
