There are two main websites I know of where you can purchase firearms online through independent dealers. Much like an ebay for guns. Once you find the gun you want you can sometimes use a "buy it now option" for a reserve price or you could go through one of the auctions and hope to win.

After you make your choices you'll have to find a dealer near you with an FFL, A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE. These dealers will usually handle the transfer of your firearm for around $20. but some charge upwards to $50. i have included a link to a website through gunbroker where you can find a nearby FFL holder in your area.

Well...I dont think it is legal to buy guns online, but try Gander Mountian. I just bought a Marlin 30-30 with scope for $299 brand new. Talk for a while with the salesman and you can usially get them to knock some off the price.
