No FORMULA exists for what you ask. I found my answers in the Bible, after I met Jesus.
I met Jesus Christ when I was 18 and suicidal. His love has changed my whole life and views. Knowing Him has been my greatest privilege. He has made me actually able to love others instead of just looking out for number one. I love Him so much that I can't wait to be with Him when I die. But, I don't want to leave earth until I've done all He wants me to do.
Your question reveals a deep need in your heart, a need to feel valued, significant. Jesus loves you and wants to be your God. There is so much He wants to teach you. If you have a Bible, I recommend asking God to show Himself to you, through His Word. Then read the Bible and be prepared for some life changing experiences.
If you gave me a choice of 5 Billion dollars or Jesus, I'd take Jesus every Time!!!
As best I can understand life after death, Heaven is going to be completely awesome and amazing. No boredom, all kinds of experiences and expansion forever! Wow!

Kuran. It makes sense and goes hand in hand with modern science, unlike the Bible. Good luck my friend!

God has said in the Quran:
“And give good news (O Muhammad) to those who believe and do good deeds, that they will have gardens (Paradise) in which rivers flow....” (Quran 2:25)
God has also said:
“Race one with another for forgiveness from your Lord and for Paradise, whose width is as the width of the heavens and the earth, which has been prepared for those who believe in God and His messengers....” (Quran 57:21)
The Prophet Muhammad, may God praise him, told us that the lowest in rank among the dwellers of Paradise will have ten times the like of this world,[1] and he or she will have whatever he or she desires and ten times like it.[2] Also, the Prophet Muhammad said: “A space in Paradise equivalent to the size of a foot would be better than the world and what is in it.”[3] He also said: “In Paradise there are things which no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human mind has thought of.”[4] He also said: “The most miserable man in the world of those meant for Paradise will be dipped once in Paradise. Then he will be asked, ‘Son of Adam, did you ever face any misery? Did you ever experience any hardship?’ So he will say, ‘No, by God, O Lord! I never faced any misery, and I never experienced any hardship.’”[5]
If you enter Paradise, you will live a very happy life without sickness, pain, sadness, or death; God will be pleased with you; and you will live there forever. God has said in the Quran:
“But those who believe and do good deeds, We will admit them to gardens (Paradise) in which rivers flow, lasting in them forever....” (Quran 4:57)

That isn't a valid question, as I'm sure you already know. Nothing, certainly not any book, can give you what doesn't exist - a formula for etc. etc

I have just finished reading this very interesting book written by Bilquis Sheikh, a high-born Muslim woman, who encountered the God of the Bible. The title of the book is "I dared to call Him FATHER" . Let me quote an excerpt from it...
“Father, oh my Father God,” I cried, with growing confidence. My voice seemed unusually loud in the large bedroom as I knelt on the rug beside my bed. But suddenly that room wasn’t empty anymore. He was there! I could sense His Presence. I could feel His hand laid gently on my head. It was as if I could see his eyes, filled with love and compassion. He was so close that I found myself laying my head on His knees like a little girl sitting at her father’s feet. For a long time I knelt there, sobbing quietly, floating in His love. I found myself talking with Him, apologizing for not knowing Him before. And again, came His loving compassion, like a warm blanket settling around me.” . . .
. . . "I am confused, Father. . ." I said. "I have to get one thing straight right away." I reached over to the bedside table where I kept the Bible and the Koran side by side. I picked up both books and lifted them, one in each hand. "Which, Father?" I said. "Which one is Your book?"
Then a remarkable thing happened. Nothing like it had ever occurred in my life in quite this way. For I heard a voice inside my being, a voice that spoke to me as clearly as if I were repeating words in my inner mind. They were fresh, full of kindness, yet at the same time full of authority.
"In which book do you meet Me as your Father?"
I found myself answering: "In the Bible." That's all it took. Now there was no question in my mind which one was His book."
(Sheikh, 1975, 42-43)
