Pray for your enemy(neighbour) and bid him goodwill as God wills for all to be saved.
However, the Angels do not have the luxury of changing their minds once a decision has been made. The "test" of fidelity to the Almighty;they were given wisdom and intelligence far superior to our own little minds, ability to make decisions with the acutest calculations and foresight.
Choose to serve God,choose not to serve God,end of story!
Humans on the other hand are gifted with time and numerous chances to state the obvious.
The decision they made was on eternal basis therefore are stuck with this decision for all eternity and cannot change even if they wanted to be free of their torments.
So the father of lies and deceit remains always in loss forever, given that rational it is pointless to pray for a being that will never see God(beatific vision) as it is pointless to pray for the damn.
Understand the machinations rather than gnashing the teeth.
God bless,
JMJ (catholic)

Satan made his choice knowing full well the reality, and the authority of Almighty God...and he rebelled against God and convinced 1/3rd of the angles to go with him..
There is no hope for satan and his angels...hell was created specifically for them...that is where they will go, and there is nothing that will change that.
I will pray for those who can be helped.
Take Care and God Bless.

Yes, I did pray for satan for a time and made it a perpetual desire for the conversion of devils. It may take them a thousand reincarnations but it doesnt matter as long as there is a movement in every reincarnation towards God.
I did have this love and concern for them, and tried to understand their nature. And then through the years after that, I learned how this principle of evil came about. And I learned too that these spiritual principles respect souls who are non-judgmental, pure, humble and innocent and who are not easily drawn by selfish tendencies. They are there where dichotomy is patronised. They are there to remind us to seek the goodness and the beauty of God. In darkness, Light is seen in all its radiance and beauty.
