There's only one breed of bird which still has claws on its wings, and as far as I know, the above answerer's are correct in saying it's the Hoatzin. I couldn't remeber the same myself, but I know the claws help the bird as a youngster to crawl through the forest floor.
Archeoptyryx was a dinosaur and is no longer living! Archeoptyerx is believed to be the first bird. It evolved from velociraptors- very fast small, whip-like dinosaurs. they were voracious meat- eaters. Gradually they evolved feathers and became birds. But no modern birds, apart from the one mentioned, have claws remaining. They've been lost, along with teeth, and tails.

The wings of many diurnal birds of prey have a vestigial claw located at the end of the thumb bone. Archaeopteryx had clawed fingers to help it climb trees; but, the wing claw found in Falconiformes is believed to be a nonfunctional, ancestral structure.
