i bought a 22 lever action from my cuz for $75 and it has a folding rear sight and a gold trigger.

Quite a few out there, you could probably do a search on guns America and get alot of matches. Also consider that up until the 80's many store chains had there own brands, Stores like Sears, Western Auto, JC Penny sold guns made by various manufacturers but with no mention of the name on the gun. So a Marlin 39A lever action mighgt be labled Ted Williams, JC Higgens or Revelation.

The gold trigger makes me think of Marlin 39A. Some other lever action .22's are Winchester, Ithaca, Henry, and Browning. I think Remington made one with a nylon stock years ago too.
If you do a search on Gunbroker.com you can look at all the different kinds of .22's for sale and make a comparison.
