If you are thinking because you like him, you're not related to him. He is your sister's brother-in-law, but he really isn't anything to you.

Your brother-in-law is not related by blood to you.
Therefore neither is his brother.

Informally an in-law is classed as a member of your extended family.

Legally: should you wish, with a few exceptions, you may marry an in-law.

So: informally: yes, he's a part of your family;
Legally: he is not.

Hi, I guessed what you meant was whether your brother-in law's brother is related to you? The answer is NO. And if he is interested in you, it is fine as well. There is no conflicting of interests here.

No, not at all. He is in no way family to you. He is just a guy. He is not related to you by marriage either. You are perfectly free to date him and marry him.

Not in my opinion. Sort of related by marriage.

not enough to make anything weird. its not a blood relative, its through marriage and its pretty far removed.

i dont see whats so weird about it. itd be like, two brothers marrying two sisters. that isnt so uncommon really.

if your asking if being with him may be concidered "incest" or something then no- he is not a blood relative-he a relative only my law- lawfully you could still marry him and most likely it wouldnt be wierd for anyone if you were with him.

In what sense? If you want to sleep with him-no. If you wonder if you will be in his will-probably not. If you wonder if you should get him a Christmas present-depends if you want to sleep with him, ha-ha.
Pretty much I would say, no.
