forget the pen, they are junk. If you really want your grout lines to stand out like they used to, you'll have to remove them, and redo the grout. Its really not that hard to do, you can do a good sized floor in 1 day (remember not to walk on it though for 24 - 36 hours after you do the grout work so its fully dried). Next put on a good sealer, spend the money and get good stuff, this is not a step to skimp on. The sealer should have its own directions on how often to apply it, and I would make sure to double coat the sealer to make sure your grout stays nice.

a cheaper way is to use a screw driver to remove a layer (not all of the old grout) by some pre-mixed grout (very cheap) simply rub the new grout in, wipe with a sponge, let dry the seal in 30 days, it will only cost about 20 dollars and take a few hours to do.

Clorox Bleach Pen is a really innovative product that Clorox has come up with. It is a 2-ounce non-refillable blue pen-like tube with bleach in it. It is 6” long by 1 1/4” at its widest. It has two ends. Each end comes off easily with just a turn of your hand. One end has a really fine point, which I started out using but then switched to the broad end, which has tiny bristles. Both ends can’t be off at the same time. The bleach is not clear liquid though it isn’t thick, like a paste. It goes on really easily and comes out of the pen in almost liquid form.

i bought a product called evostick from b&q recently. its a liquid grout in a pen/tube. i touched up the grouting in both our bathrooms and they turned up a treat. i tried a different product once and it was not very good, so maybe try sticking to the one i used. dont forget to wipe the excess of before it dries.

Hun don't waste your money, get a tub with some raw bleach in, open all windows for good ventilation, wear a mask, rubber gloves and protective clothing, take a toothbrush, and go over every line scrubbing as you go, leave it to soak in, leave for about an hour then rinse, hey presto should be like new, its a little time consuming but worth it and a hell of a lot cheaper, and just think how clean your bathroom will be, good luck Hun, hope this helps.

Most of the DIY stores do them, but they are pretty useless to be honest.
Best way is to remove the surface grout and redo it.
